Photography taken backstage whilst crewing “On The Twentieth Century” at the Bridewell Theatre. I managed to catch some nice moments, although the quality is a little grainy. I also went a little overboard on creative use of silhouettes. Obviously I’m in need of more experience of setting the camera up for low-light work. However, I enjoyed capturing intimate moments of a show. It was my first experience of being a proper crew member. Any lack of quality in the photos can be excused by the fact that I was having to stop regularly to drag and revolve huge pieces of set around an almost pitch black theatre space. It can really interrupt ones creative flow.
